Tip 1.

I’ve decided that after writing my last blog
Why is the year going so quickly? And 9 tips to change it.
That you can read here if you wish, that I would break those steps down and look at them in more depth.
I’ve found it’s a great way to slow down time as I am using my time more productively and can help you do the same.
My dog walk was routine and one that I love. I can feel the calories burning off and my clothes are all just a bit looser. I’m loving being outdoors and connecting with nature and it was a time that could also be used more productively to help me break the day into sections and get more done.
