Tip 8 – be careful how you speak.
Mind your language
I don’t mean learn a new one but that’s a good start too. Your body hears every word that you say, so if you are talking down to yourself or listening to friends who do the same, then it’s hard to beat that rut. There is another great blog to help you turn those words around and let your body feel the power of your words.
The words you say today will shape your future. As you seem confirmation in everything around you to back up your beliefs and what you say to yourself.
here is a simple exercise.
If I asked you how many red cars you have seen so far today, your answer would probably be ‘I don’t have a clue!’.
Next time you are out, make an awareness to see red cars and count them – your mind goes where you want it too so make the words count.
Here is a link to the full blog.
Then here is the link to todays video to help you change your words.
When I was in the middle of the illness ME, I did tell my body ‘every day in every way I am getting better and better’. Never once did I say ‘i’. so ill I can’t do…….’
So many people dismiss the power of words when it comes to healing or health benefits and here is a link to an example that is amazing. It’s an experiment on plants, so imagine the benefits if you only talk and thing good thoughts about yourself!
