This tip is all about looking after yourself. When was the last time you had 10 minutes to yourself to do something pampering or relaxing? A time where you can forget the ‘have to’ and the ‘must do’ and making time for you!
For many of us, it can be quite a while so today I challenge you to set aside 10 minutes and do something you love to do. It may be to read a book, or watch the world go by over a cup of coffee. A good suggestion is to describe your 10 minutes to yourself. How does it feel to stop? What thoughts rush into your head that you can turn away? Are you speaking to yourself in a positive way?
After all, a healthy mind creates a healthy body.
