You are never alone

Most of our lives we are surrounded by people whether it is chosen closeness or just living in a city we have contact with people.
Yet there are many times in our lives when we truly feel alone, adrift and without support and help. In those times it is about being strong and true to yourself and realising that even at your lowest moments, those times of real need – you are truly not on your own.

Through my illness I have put myself through enforced solitude as I struggled to even cope with the energy that a person being in the same room as me gave off. Does that sound weird to you? It´s all a bit new age but are bodies are made of electrons which collide constantly increasing their energy levels and releasing energy. Many  natural health experts believe this energy and recognise it as Chi – Chinese medicine. It is an energy 1,000 times less than we can actually see and yet can be photographed, but when your auto-immune system is impaired you can feel that energy coming off another person. For those suffering from an auto-immune illness you will know this feeling as a draining of your own energy.
Another way of showing you this is to remember the last time you were at a busy event, football, a concert – the feeling you get from an energetic happy crowd, that is the electrical energy we humans give off without even speaking.

Every living thing with a temperature above zero gives off energy, so to truly be alone would be a rare event.

No matter how hard I tried to be alone to recover, I never truly was alone and I don´t just mean my partner and friends who were there to support me. Thanks to them, for being there at that tough time.

Getting support through those tough times in life always starts with you, yourself and no one else. So you are never truly alone. When you wake up in the morning you are´energy´, your waking breath fills you with air and the breathe of life then start with your mindset, start believing in your goals and dreams. You are in control  of your thoughts, you must take responsibility for your attitude and energy. Many will say ´ I can´t control my thoughts´. You can choose to allow the negative to roam free in your mind or you can choose to find the positive way out of the situation.

Start believing in yourself, you are never alone you have the invincible force of you by your side.

You are never alone

Never truly alone – someone is watching over you, even if it is yourself!
